Q1: Can I visit your factory and arrange for a pickup?

Yes, it is a great honor to invite you to visit our factory. We are located approximately 2 hours from Guangzhou and 1.5 hours from Foshan City. We can arrange a driver to pick you up from your hotel or the airport.

Q2: Can your factory laser print our brand on the product?

Yes. For normal products, with your authorization letter, we can laser print your brand logo on the products. For products with CUPC certification, an application to the IAMPO company is required if printing both logos simultaneously.

Q3: How can we get a sample to check the quality?

You can order one or a few pieces as samples to check our product quality. Samples can be ready within 3-7 days once the sample payment is received.

Q4: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 12pcs per model. However, we accept smaller quantities at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before placing a normal order.

Q5: What is the delivery time for orders?

Estimated delivery times are: Samples (10-15 days), 20ft container (25-35 days), and 40ft container (35-40 days).

Q6: What is the warranty for the faucets?

We provide a 5-year quality warranty for our faucets. If any quality problems occur on our side during this period, we will send replacements in your next new order.
