Standard orders usually take 3 weeks after payment. Standard sample orders are processed within 1 week. Please note that sample fees will be refunded after the formal order is placed.

For standard orders, payment via T/T is preferred. For smaller orders, we support payments through Paypal and Global Pay for your convenience.

What are the available delivery and shipping options?
We normally operate under EXW, FCA, and FOB terms. In specific cases, we can accommodate DDU and DDP. Shipping methods include Express door-to-door delivery, air freight to designated airports, and sea freight (FCL, LCL).
