The delivery time is approximately 30-45 days for a 20ft container and 45-60 days for a 40ft container after receiving payment.
What are the accepted payment terms?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit by TT, with the remaining 70% balance due upon the copy of the bill of lading.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services, including customized laser logos on faucets and model stickers on packaging based on our MOQ.
What kind of technical support do you offer?
Every box includes an installation instruction sheet. Additionally, we provide online installation guidance to ensure proper setup.
