A1: Normally 1 year free warranty and 3 years quality assurance. We offer 2% spare parts with formal orders for easy self-replacement. If the faucet body leaks and cannot be fixed, we provide replacements in the next order.
A2: Normally 100pcs per model. However, we accept smaller quantities for initial cooperation so you can test our quality before a formal order.
A3: We provide high-quality ceramic cartridges: Spain Sedal Cartridge (500,000 cycles) and Local Cartridge (200,000 cycles).
A4: It depends on the order size. Trial orders (<500pcs) take 15-18 days; 20ft containers take 25-30 days; 40ft containers take 30-35 days.
A5: You can order a few pieces as samples. They are typically ready within 3 working days once the sample payment is received.
A6: Per company policy, samples and freight are initially charged to the customer's account, but sample charges are returned upon your first formal order.
