This machine is the equipment commonly used by daily chemical companies such as cosmetic shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer and so on. Through the adjustable speed stirring of the paddle in the pot and the homogenizer at the bottom, the materials are fully mixed and blended and stirred evenly.
According to the requirements of the production process, the materials can be heated or cooled by heating in the jacket. Set a specific temperature, when the temperature reaches the required requirements, the heating device automatically stops heating.

The pot body adopts three layers of stainless steel imported plate welding composition, tanks and pipes for the mirror polishing, in line with GMP requirements; according to the process requirements, the tank can be heated and cooled materials, steam heating and electric heating.
One-way frame mixing with scraping edge and bottom, customized two-way screw belt mixing available, so that make the material fully and quickly fused and uniform. Contact material: SS316L, Scraper: PTFE, frequency conversion speed control.
In the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, it is subjected to hydraulic shear centrifugal extrusion, impact, and tearing effects. Instantly uniformly dispersed and emulsified to obtain fine, stable high-quality products without air bubbles.
Optional button control system or Siemens touch screen PLC system; imported configurations ensure the stability of the entire set of machine control, reaching international standards.
Adopt one and a half inch ball valve. The top of the valve is flush with the body of the pot, ensuring no residue of material remains after discharge.
