Normally we provide a 1-year free warranty and 3-year quality assurance. We offer 2% spare parts with formal orders. If the body is leaking and cannot be fixed, we provide a replacement in your next order.

The MOQ is negotiable. Typically it is 100pcs per model, but we accept smaller quantities for trial orders to allow you to test our quality.
What type of cartridges do you provide?
We mainly provide ceramic cartridges, including Spain Sedal (500,000 cycles) and high-quality local cartridges (200,000 cycles).
What is the standard production lead time?
Lead time varies: 15-18 days for trial orders (under 500pcs), 25-30 days for a 20ft container, and 30-35 days for a 40ft container.
